Did I forget I have a blog? Yes, yes I did.
This has turned out to be not the most productive reading year so far. Big of a mixed bag if I'm honest, but at least there has been variety. Since the last time I posted, here are the stats:
Finished Reading:
Happy to Help: Adventures of a People Pleaser by Amy Wilson
Chasing Utopia: A Hybrid by Nikki Giovanni
Water Moon by Samantha Sotto Yambao (can already tell this will make my best of 2025 list!)
The Let Them Theory by Mel Robbins
Caught Up in You by Lauren Morrill (one of my favorite romance authors - she never disappoints!
Currently Reading:
Secrets of the Sppakkar: Iceland's Extraordinary Women and How They are Changing the World by Eliza Reid (because who doesn't like a little Girl Power, especially given the current state of the world?)
When You See My Mother, Ask Her to Dance: Poems by Joan Baez
Will Try Again Later:
Here Beside the Rising Tide by Emily Jane - I was granted an ARC via NetGalley and liked the premise, but for whatever the reason, the timing of this wasn't jiving with me. It's out in bookstores now and I'm hoping that if I read it closer to beach-going season I'll be more in the mood.
